Introduction
Nick Starrenburg has over 30 years of successful experience delivering effective and practical advice, support and outcomes in relation to leadership and personnel matters as well as organisational design and change management initiatives.
His recent experience includes 15 years as a state and national human resource manager in a large national organisation responsible for Airspace Management and Air Traffic Control Services. He is skilled in leadership support and mentoring roles as well as directing and structuring support groups involved in these areas.
Nick has successfully transferred those experiences and skills to his recent work in the private sector and NGOs with organisational and change management support to medium and large scale businesses and churches in Brisbane together with ad hoc pro bono work.
